Michael R. Dyson is an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. Mike’s ability to integrate water, technology, and legal frameworks has enabled him to address a wide array of complex challenges, while fostering progress and generating strong returns for the companies, boards, and investors he serves.
As the co-founder and CEO of Infinity Water Solutions, Mike is redefining how industries manage, refine and reuse water. Since launching the company in 2019, he has guided it to become a cornerstone of sustainability in the Permian Basin, conserving millions of gallons of freshwater annually and setting new benchmarks for water in a circular economy. His leadership is anchored in a belief that environmental responsibility and business success can—and must—coexist.
Mike’s leadership extends beyond private enterprise. As the former Mayor of Rollingwood, Texas (2018–2021), he oversaw critical infrastructure projects in water and wastewater, provided steady guidance through the unprecedented challenges of Winter Storm Uri and the COVID-19 pandemic, and championed solutions that strengthened community resilience. His experience in municipal governance and crisis management underscores his capacity to deliver results in complicated and high-stakes environments.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Houston with a BA and a JD from Rutgers University, Mike has also completed Stanford University’s Business Executive Program. He serves on several boards of directors for technology and energy companies, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and growth.
