Christian Padilla, Vice President of Operations & Commercial

Christian Padilla serves as Vice President of Operations & Commercial at Infinity Water Solutions, where he oversees engineering, operations, and commercial execution across the Company’s produced water infrastructure platform.

A mechanical engineer, Christian joined Infinity in 2022 and has played an integral role in the design, commissioning, and operation of the Company’s core infrastructure. His responsibilities have expanded alongside the platform, progressing from engineering and facility development into leadership of both field operations and commercial execution.

Today, Christian oversees day-to-day operations at Infinity’s Mills Ranch 1 and Fed 128 facilities while managing key commercial relationships with leading Permian Basin operators. His combined technical, operational, and commercial experience provides continuity from infrastructure development through customer execution.
