Mr. Smith is Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Trace Midstream’s Haynesville company and was Co-Founder and Chairman of Mesa Minerals.

Dr. Nansen Saleri

He is currently a Board Director for Fenix Technologies and President of the Kristin Saleri Art Foundation.
